The recruitment staff was overwhelmed with a large number of applications and manual pre-selection of candidates. Yet they still had too many unqualified and unsuitable candidates in the selection process.
Using The Office Day, we mapped the competencies of existing employees and used the results as a benchmark for filtering candidates. Every candidate went through the simulation game. If they didn't meet the requirements for the role, they were automatically rejected. This allowed the recruitment staff to focus only on suitable candidates.
We have accelerated the entire recruitment process and relieved recruiters of administrative tasks. Our simulation game revealed candidates with high potential, which was later confirmed with their managers. Overall, the quality of the company's employees went up. In addition, new hires were highly engaged in the talent academy and other company activities.
