The organization had a vaguely defined culture and values, which it did not actively use to gain competitive advantage.
We used our chatbot for a 3 minute survey in the sales and customer care department. The results revealed that at first glance there is no dominant culture in the organization. We took a closer look at the results regarding performance and duration of employment, where we uncovered a clear pattern. The more individuals differed from the benchmark, the less likely they were to stay in the company and perform.
The organization has linked its culture on paper to the work values in each department or division. When recruiting candidates, they made sure that the culture and values matched, so they were able to hire people who were a true fit.
